Refund Policy

Summary: We charge ₹15 only when your reconciliation has mismatches. If the Excel report failed to generate due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. No refunds are issued once the report has been successfully downloaded.

1. Our Pricing Model

easemyreco operates on a pay-per-reconciliation model:

You are shown the full mismatch count before any payment is requested. You choose whether to proceed with the payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us within 48 hours of the payment with the following details:

We will review your request and respond within 72 hours. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to Razorpay's processing timelines.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same reconciliation due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full. Please contact us with both Razorpay payment IDs.

5. No Cancellation After Download

Because easemyreco delivers a digital report that is immediately accessible upon download, the service is considered fully delivered once the Excel file has been successfully downloaded. No cancellations or refunds are possible after this point.
