1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using easemyreco at easemyreco.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.

2. Description of Service

easemyreco is an automated Tally ledger reconciliation tool that allows users to upload two Tally XML export files and receive a reconciliation report in Excel format. The service identifies matched and unmatched invoices and payments between two sets of ledger data.

easemyreco is operated by Aavishkar Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, in Maharashtra, India.

3. Not Professional Advice

The reconciliation output generated by easemyreco is an automated, algorithmic comparison of data provided by you. It is intended as a reference tool to assist in identifying discrepancies. It does not constitute:

Accounting advice or a substitute for professional bookkeeping
Legal advice or a legally binding document
Tax advice or a substitute for CA/tax professional review
An audit report of any kind

Always verify the output with a qualified Chartered Accountant or accounting professional before making any financial or legal decisions based on it.

4. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use easemyreco only if:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are using the service for lawful business purposes
You have the legal right to upload the files you provide

You agree not to:

Upload files containing data you do not have authorisation to share
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent any payment requirement

5. User Responsibility for Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the files you upload. easemyreco processes your data as-is and does not verify the correctness of your Tally exports. The quality of the reconciliation output depends entirely on the accuracy of the input files.

6. Pricing and Payment

easemyreco charges a flat fee of ₹15 per reconciliation where mismatches are detected. Reconciliations with zero mismatches are provided free of charge.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Aavishkar Technologies Private Limited does not store your payment credentials.

easemyreco is currently not registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act. No GST invoice will be issued at this time. A payment receipt will be sent to your email address via Razorpay upon successful payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, design, and content on easemyreco are the intellectual property of Aavishkar Technologies Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.

The reconciliation report generated from your data is yours to use for your business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aavishkar Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of easemyreco, including but not limited to:

Errors or inaccuracies in the reconciliation output
Loss of business, revenue, or profits based on reliance on the output
Data loss due to session expiry or technical failure
Interruption or unavailability of the service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep easemyreco available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to easemyreco for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice.
